OUR PROGRAMS (sessions last 1 hour or more and max. of 4 to a group)

FASST Program ($130-8/9 days per month)

              Phase I: Evaluation and Lecture - During this phase emphasis will be placed on warm-up and stretching (increasing flexibility), exercises designed to reduce the possibility of injury to the lower body parts and focus on using correct technique.  We will explain what each exercise helps in the development process, while helping them be ready for seasonal sports.     

        Phase II:  Explosive power, speed, and agility training - During this phase we will bring all the previous phases together to work on developing the complete athlete.  Explosive power is used in all sports and during this phase the participant will grow to understand the need for explosive power while also developing their speed and agility.

       Phase III: Core training and relaxation - During this phase we will place great emphasis on getting the abdominal, back, and glutes stronger.  We will also focus on getting the participant to relax quickly and with minimal distraction while recovering from fatigue. 

  Phase IV: Plyometric training - We will use plyometrics to increase the vertical jump while also focusing on quicker reaction while being exhausted.

FASST-PLUS Program ($180-12/14 days per month)

       Phase I: Warm-up, exercise, injury prevention, and fundamentals - During this phase emphasis will be placed on warm-up and stretching (increasing flexibility), exercises designed to reduce the possibility of injury to the lower body parts and focus on using correct technique.  We will explain what each exercise helps in the development process, while helping them be ready for seasonal sports. 

            Phase II:  Explosive power, speed, and agility training - During this phase we will bring all the previous phases together to work on developing the complete athlete.  Explosive power is used in all sports and during this phase the participant will grow to understand the need for explosive power while also developing their speed and agility.

    Phase IV: Strength, endurance, and plyometric training - This phase will help strengthen the entire body and mind.  This phase is used to help develop the participant into a stronger and smarter athlete.  We will use plyometrics to increase the vertical jump while also focusing on quicker reaction while being exhausted. We will use body weight and medicine ball exercises for strength and endurance. Helps to prepare athletes to meet the challenges of sport combines or athletic competition.

       FASST-ELITE Program ($220-16/18 days per month)

      Phase I: Mulitple Stage Evaluation - During this phase each participant is monitored on balance, core strength, speed, endurance and form.  After monitoring their performance we will provided to the participants what to expect, what is expected, and the process of the program, while helping them be ready for seasonal sports. 

      Phase II: Warm-up, exercise, injury prevention, and fundamentals - During this phase emphasis will be placed on warm-up and stretching (increasing flexibility), exercises designed to reduce the possibility of injury to the lower body parts and focus on using correct technique.  We will explain what each exercise helps in the development process.

      Phase IV: Strength, endurance, and plyometric training -This phase will help strengthen the entire body and mind.  This phase is used to help develop the participant into a stronger and smarter athlete.  We will use plyometrics to increase the vertical jump while also focusing on quicker reaction while being exhausted. For those looking to increase muscle mass and strength, Olympic style weight training will be provided along with conventional weight training..

      Phase V:  Explosive power, speed, and agility training - During this phase we will bring all the previous phases together to work on developing the complete athlete.  Explosive power is used in all sports and during this phase the participant will grow to understand the need for explosive power while also developing their speed and agility.  Helps to prepare athletes to meet the challenges of sport combines or athletic competition.

      Phase VI:  High-Performance resistance training - During this phase we will use state of the art equipment to help individuals increase their peak performance in the their respective sport.  This training will allow individuals to work at their position (for any sport) while exerting maximum effort and increasing maximum performance.

Private Sessions ($30-per session)(sessions last 1 hour or more)

   Private Sessions include all items in the Elite package with One-on-One attention during the training.  No other clients will be allowed in the training studio during private sessions.

You can makeup/substitute training days within the month, providing training is offered and the time is available.
